Check-In Policy

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into Onyx Home Stay.


As per Government regulations, Guests are required to show a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In case, check-in is denied by the company due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as Cancelled.


Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.


If you fail to arrive at the Onyx Home Stay on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the company and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.


Check in: from 12:00 Noon;


Early check-in: subject to room availability.


Check-Out Policy

A full day's rate is collected where the stay is less than one day.


Check-out is at midday. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability.


Late check-out is subject to room availability


General Policy

Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Onyx Home Stay asset. Guest shall keep the rooms in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.


We really take pride in keeping all our rooms fresh and clean, and discourage smoking in the rooms.


Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as wifi, laundry etc). In case, such additional charges are levied by the company, we shall not be held responsible for it.


No parties are allowed at the premises.


Pets are not allowed in the premises.


Cancellation / Refund Policy

We also accept cancellation requests through phone. Onyx Home Stay charges a separate service fee for all offline cancellations.


Refunds only through cheque or bank transfer for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
